Hey there, welcome to my website! I am Jean Pierre Grech 26 year-old young and motivated work candidate based in Malta (Europe). I have built this website to demonstrate my knowledge & skills while putting them into practice. These mostly relate to Digital Marketing and Information Technology. The website was built by myself using a basic one-page template provided by Adobe Dreamweaver, and the tool itself. With reference to my personality, I am an 'Architect' which is also known as INTJ, complimented with the 'Turbulent' identity. Curiosity, determination and rationality are three pillars that form my personality and that also applies at the workplace. When I join a new organisation, I ensure to learn the corporate operation's culture, and policies & procedures by asking any necessary questions in relation to the subject. Then, I apply that knowledge to experiment with calculated risk so I can achieve independency, and 'ownership' of the tasks that pertain to me. My aim at the workplace is not to achieve any result, but effective solutions to existing and forecasted challenges. I highly suggest readers to learn more about the INTJ personality.
Progress. Whether it is on a personal or professional level, there is always something that can be improved or built on. As an example, at work I am responsible of the IT inventory database and log the specifications of several computer models and user allocation. It would be easy for me just to take note of only the make, model, serial number, and the local purchase order. However, I feel that other data such as the processor specs, memory configurations, internal storage, and other similar data are necessary to be included within the database. Hence, this permits for a less bureacratic process while being more cost-effective when acquiring replacement parts, and efficient planning of future upgrades based on each user's needs.
